No. Training can be built around a gym, home workouts, or whatever equipment you have available.
We talk about where you are right now, what you have struggled with in the past, and what you want moving forward. If coaching is a good fit we will explain the next steps. If not, you will still leave the call with clarity on what to do next.
You will complete weekly progress reviews and have direct access to support whenever you need it. If something comes up during the week, you can message and we deal with it there and then. If the situation needs more depth, we jump on a call and work through it together.
