The Level Up
Method

One-to-one coaching for the bit every diet skipped: what you do on the bad night, and what you say to yourself after it. In 12 weeks food stops running your head. Six months in, you stop losing the same weight for the fifth time, because you trust yourself to follow through.

This is where starting again stops

If you've lost the same stone or two, three or four times over, you already know how to lose weight. Knowledge was never the problem. The problem is what happens next. Restrict all week. Make progress. Friday night turns into the weekend. The weekend turns into "I'll start again Monday." Monday arrives with the same promise as last time. A few weeks later, you're back where you started.

And if nothing changes now? Another year of Monday promises. Food taking up more headspace than the people you love. The same stone lost and regained while your trust in yourself takes the hit every time.

The Level Up Method exists to break the cycle. Structure, standards, a community of people on the same job, and direct accountability from me. No fluff, no 30-day quick fix, no meal plan to hide behind.

Build the habits and standards to keep it off. Build the kind of self-trust where you follow through on what you say you're going to do. Then look back and think, "I fucking did that. What else am I capable of?"

How it works

Five phases. One goal: take you from constantly starting again to becoming someone who knows he follows through.

Phase 1

Standard Setting

Clarity, standards, and quick wins.

We start with a call, not a plan. Where you're at, what's already been tried, and what a normal week looks like with the school run, the late finishes and the Saturday in it. Then the game plan gets built round that week, so it survives contact with a Wednesday. You decide who you're becoming and the standards you'll hold yourself to, written down so they're yours and not mine. The first wins go on the board inside the first fortnight, and none of them involve cutting a food group or living on chicken and rice.

“I'm already feeling so much more confident and my relationship with food is changing so much for the better.”

Amy
Phase 2

Commitment

Momentum, habits, and follow-through.

This is where motivation runs out and structure takes over. The daily behaviours get simple enough to do on the night you're knackered, because those are the nights which count. The weight starts coming off, but the number I'm watching is your consistency, because that's the one which has been missing every other time. Each week you tick off adds to the pile of proof, and somewhere around week six the story in your head changes from "I never stick to anything" to "I've done six of these now."

“Whenever progress hasn't happened as quickly as I expected, he's had a great ability to refocus me, provide guidance, and keep me motivated rather than discouraged.”

Daniel
Phase 3

Refresh

Food freedom, energy, and headspace.

By now the food noise has gone quiet, and you notice what fills the space. Energy in the evenings. Headspace for the kids, the job, the mates you'd stopped seeing. We rebuild your relationship with food, training and your body so none of it feels like a punishment or a test. The meal out gets booked without a plan to make up for it. The weekend away is a weekend away. Holidays stop being the thing which undoes everything.

“He has given me the tools to move forward with my life and not be stuck in endless yo-yo dieting.”

Alice
Phase 4

Fortify

Resilience under real-life pressure.

Life will throw a bad month at you, because it always does. Illness, a work project which eats the evenings, the fortnight the boiler goes. This is where your standards prove they hold under it. The plan bends, you do less than usual, and you keep going instead of stopping. A bad week gets read for what it tells us, adjusted for, and left behind. No spiral, no reset, no Monday.

“Even when life gets tough, Nathan is compassionate and approachable and will always help where he can with your plan.”

Jo
Phase 5

Level Up

Proof, confidence, and what's next.

The weight is off and you're keeping it there without your whole life pointing at the scales. Now the question changes. You've built a year of proof you follow through, so where does it go next? Your first 10k. The strength block you used to think was for other people. A crack at the promotion. Being the dad who joins in rather than the one holding the coats. You stop asking how to start again and start asking what's next.

“In a year, I've changed habits I'd had for eight years. I've become a different person.”

Charlie

Why I coach this way

I've coached over a hundred people through this cycle. Again and again, I've seen that knowing what to eat isn't enough when real life gets involved.

Work gets mental. The kids need you. You go away. You have a shit week. Motivation disappears.

That's why my coaching brings nutrition, training and transformational coaching together. We work on the practical plan and the habits, thinking and patterns that affect whether you can follow it.

The Level Up Method is built for those weeks, as well as the easy ones.

I personally handle your coaching, check-ins and support. I keep places limited so I can give that work the attention it needs.

£197 per month.

No long-term contract. If you decide to leave, give me 28 days' notice.

The Last Monday Promise

Give your first 12 weeks a proper go. Complete your check-ins, communicate with me, and work the plan we agree on together.

If, after those 12 weeks, you don't feel clearer around food, better supported and more in control than you were on the day you joined, tell me.

I'll refund 100% of the coaching fees you paid during those first 12 weeks.

Full Last Monday Promise conditions are set out in my terms and conditions.

“The support has gone beyond anything I expected. I've stopped hiding from the scales and started living again.”

This is for you if…

  • You've lost the same weight more times than you'd care to admit and want to change the pattern.
  • You're tired of Monday resets and all-or-nothing weeks.
  • Food takes up more headspace than you want it to.
  • You're ready to take an active role in making changes, with support.
  • You're comfortable with straight talk and the odd swear word.

This is not for you if…

  • You want a quick transformation before going straight back to your old habits.
  • You want someone to hand you a meal plan and do the rest for you.
  • You're looking for the most restrictive diet possible because "faster" must mean "better".
  • You want accountability but aren't willing to be challenged.
  • You're not prepared to communicate when things go wrong.
  • You want another fresh start without working on what keeps making you restart.

How to get started

  1. Step 1

    Join the Level Up Method.

  2. Step 2

I'll message you with your onboarding steps, app access and first actions.

  3. Step 3

We'll have a Gameplan call before coaching begins. We'll go through your history, goals and what's derailed you before. If I don't think the Level Up Method is right for you, I'll say so and refund you on the spot.

  4. Step 4

We get to work, with a clear plan and support as you put it into practice.

Want to talk it through first? Book a call with me. No pitch, no pressure. You tell me what's been happening, and I'll tell you straight whether I think this is right for you.

Prefer to message? WhatsApp me here.

Nathan

P.S. You don't need another Monday promise. You need a way of doing this that works in your actual life, and support while you learn how to keep going.
