You've thought about personal training for a while. Every gym you've walked into, you've done twenty minutes on a treadmill, looked at the free weights, and left. Not because you're lazy. Nobody ever showed you what to do in there, so it never felt like your place. The Foundation is your first 12 weeks with me at Foundry Gym, Worcester. Two sessions a week together, a plan on your phone for the days between, and by week six you're training on your own without looking over your shoulder. After that, most people stay, and the price comes down when they do. Five founding spots. The first block starts as soon as you're ready.
You know how to walk into a gym. Nobody showed you what to do once you're in.
You've had the membership. You've done the induction where a lad in a polo shirt pointed at machines for ten minutes and left you to it. You've followed a plan off Instagram, done it twice, and quietly stopped. You've even thought about a PT before and talked yourself out of it, because what if you turn up and feel like the one who doesn't belong? None of those failed because you're weak. They failed because nobody stood next to you long enough for the gym to stop feeling like someone else's place. That's the whole job here.
What the first 12 weeks look like
Weeks one and two
Getting your bearings.
Two sessions a week with me at Foundry. We start with the basics done properly, the squat, the hinge, the push, the pull, and the bits of the gym you've been avoiding. You leave session one knowing three things you didn't know walking in, and none of them involve being sore for four days.
Weeks three to six
Standing on your own.
Between our sessions you've got a plan on your phone which tells you what to do, in which order, with how much. One solo session a week to start. By week six you're walking in on a day I'm not there, warming up, getting it done, and leaving without looking over your shoulder once.
Weeks seven to twelve
Building on it.
Now the weights go up, the sessions get harder in the right way, and you start to look like someone who trains. Eating gets sorted alongside it with the Loadout Method, my nutrition system CBK members use, so the work in the gym shows up in the mirror. You get a seat at every CBK seminar while you're with me, and a WhatsApp line to me between sessions.
After twelve weeks.
Most people stay. Some drop to one session a week and keep the solo plan going. Either way the price comes down, and I'm still the one standing next to you.
Two ways in
Pay as you go
£65 a session
Book when you want. Turn up, train, go home. No plan between sessions, no guarantee, no extras. Fine if you want the odd session before a holiday. Not built for the bloke who's been putting this off for two years.

The Foundry Foundation
£397 a month, for 12 weeks
Two sessions a week with me at Foundry.
Your solo plan on your phone for the days between.
The Loadout Method, so the eating matches the training.
A seat at every CBK seminar while you're with me.
WhatsApp line to me between sessions.
The Six Session Guarantee.
Works out at under £50 a session against £65 pay as you go.
After the Foundation, stay on for £369 a month for two sessions a week, or £197 for one. Most people do.
Sessions take place at Foundry Gym, Worcester. You'll need a Foundry membership or a day pass to train there.
The Six Session Guarantee
Turn up to your first six sessions. If by the end of them you're not walking into Foundry on your own steam, without looking for the exit, your first four weeks come back to you in full. No form to fill in, no argument, no "let me check with someone". You've paid gyms for years and got nothing back. This is the first time the money comes back if it doesn't work.
The only condition is the one in the first sentence. Show up to all six.

Five founding spots at Foundry. Once they're gone the price goes up for everyone after them. If you've read this far you already know which box you're in. Send the word FOUNDRY and I'll come back to you the same day.
Yes, or a day pass on the days we train. Foundry sort that side, I sort the rest.
02I've never lifted a weight in my life.
Good. You've got no bad habits to undo. Session one starts with the basics done properly and we build from there. Nobody gets thrown on a barbell in week one.
03I've got a dodgy back / knee / shoulder.
Tell me on the call. We train around it, and if anything needs a physio or your GP before we start, I'll say so rather than guess.
04When do sessions run?
Mornings, lunchtimes and early evenings across the week. We fix your two slots at the start so they go in the diary like a meeting, not a maybe.
05What if I miss a session?
Life happens. Give me notice and we move it inside the same week. Go quiet on me and I'll message you, because that's the bit you're paying for.
06What happens after 12 weeks?
You carry on if you want to, and most do. Two sessions a week drops to £369 a month, one a week is £197. The solo plan keeps going either way.
07I'm already a CBK member online. Does this work with that?
Yes. Message me and we'll sort a rate which makes sense for you.
