Saturday 24 October 2026 · 9:30am to 4:30pm · YOTEL, Deansgate, Manchester
16 seats · 3 left · Updated 20 September
This day is for you if
- You've tried every diet under the sun and none of them stuck
- The weight comes off, life gets busy, and it all creeps back on
- One bad meal turns into a bad weekend, then a bad month, then sod it
- Willpower carries you Monday to Thursday, then the weekend wins
- You know what to eat. Doing it consistently is the hard part
- Every Monday feels like starting again from zero
- Somewhere along the way you started believing you're the problem
You're not the problem. The approach is.
Deep down you already know the answer isn't another diet.
Why listen to me?
Because before any of this, I was you.
I tried every diet going. Slimming clubs, meal plans, cutting carbs, the lot. Each one ended the same way, heavier than when I started, hating my life and hating what I saw in the mirror. The diets never fixed the person doing the dieting.
At my heaviest I was nearly 20 stone. Today I'm over seven stone lighter, and I've kept it off for more than seven years. No rebound, and no starting again every January.
I'm now Lifestyle Coach of the Year 2026-2027 and a Level 4 Transformational Coach, certified by the IAPC. Over the last four and a half years, I've helped 100 CBK members do what I did.
None of them got there by finding a magic diet. What changed for every one of them was how they showed up when it got hard.
Take Charlie. He'd spent eight years stuck in the same rut and never believed he needed a coach. In his own words:
“I always had the mindset of I can fix this, what's the point of paying money to a guy for something I can do myself. Oh boy, I was so, so wrong.”
Food was never Charlie's problem. His mindset was. Once he learned to handle the bad days, the weight came off and stayed off.
That's what a plan built for the person looks like. On 24 October we build yours.

What we'll cover on the day
Most people trying to lose weight obsess over calories, food and exercise. The real hurdle sits somewhere else: how you turn up, having no minimum for the hard weeks, and having no plan for the moments you usually fall apart. We fix all three.
Celebrating You
Before we build anything new, we look at what you've already achieved and what it says about what you're capable of. Most people have forgotten half of it.
Planning for Your Downfalls
Excuses don't turn up at random. They follow patterns, and yours become predictable once you know where to look. We map your all-or-nothing triggers, the Friday, the bad week, the sod it, and you build your answer to each one before it arrives.
Future-Proof Your Fat Loss
This section makes it stick. You set a minimum standard for your worst weeks, so a bad day never becomes a bad month again.
You go home with a plan you built for your own life. Not a diet sheet. A plan for the person doing the dieting.
Special guest: Joey from MOOmentum

Joey is living proof of what training does for your head. Physical activity built his mental resilience, and it shows in how he turns up every single day.
His talk is called Make Yourself Psychologically Unstoppable: How exercise trains more than muscle. He'll show you why some stress is good for you and how to get used to being uncomfortable. Then he'll help you build your own portfolio of hard things to lean on when the next rough week hits.
A small room, on purpose
No stage. No crowd of 200 staring at a screen. Sixteen seats means you get direct time with me. Bring your specific struggle, the pattern you keep repeating, the thing no diet has ever fixed, and we'll work on it together. You won't sit at the back taking generic notes. We'll find where it's going wrong for you and build the fix into your plan before you leave.
Six of the sixteen seats are for people new to CBK, so you won't be the only new face. The ten members in the room all started as strangers too.
